Save Your Life: Prevent Hospital Use

Your life is not in your own hands. Your life depends on you. Live everyday. We live with each other. Can our lives be anything outside of the context in which we live? Surrounded by capital, we adapt. Unless you actively escape it, you are colonized. Most people ignore it as if it has no impact, and live as they see fit. Is that possible? No, its absolutely impossible. You are what you eat. Your life is determined by what you put in your body. Make one mistake, and it will be obvious and you may pay the price. We live in capitalism, the most extreme, nihilistic, arrangement of human activity. So what can we do about it? Save your A$$et, no one else will. Sounds like NYC? maybe. This book is about a way to exist in ways that minimize your need to go to the hospital. Its not something you should do, its your decision, not an exercise in sophistry.
